Y6 YOGA

We believe that all our pupils should have high aspirations and expectations (of themselves and of others)……. and  that they should work extremely hard to achieve their goals.  However, we also know that good health and well-being is essential for success, especially when the children are in pressured situations (like being in a SATs year).  Consequently, our Y6 pupils have today experienced Yoga.  This is a fabulous way of anybody keeping healthy and fit.  We focussed on relaxation as they have been working so hard – and the main hall now smells beautifully of incense.  Huge thanks to Zebe for running this session.
