Our Reception and Year 1 pupils were privileged to host Peter Armitage MBE, a former postman. Mr. Armitage delivered engaging narratives about the postal service, vividly illustrating the journey of letters and parcels.
The children were particularly enthralled by the introduction of “Lenny the Letter,” which facilitated their understanding of the postal process. To further enhance the experience, our young learners tried on a range of post office attire. This event successfully ignited their curiosity regarding the mechanisms of mail delivery.
