This academic year we are excited to welcome ‘City Year’. They are a charity that facilitate volunteers to work alongside schools across the country. We are very fortunate that we will be working alongside ‘City Year’ and have 6 volunteers that will bring added capacity to the Chivenor family and become valued role models for the children at our school. They will be with us throughout the school day, supporting classes, working with small groups and individual children. They will also support with extra-curricular activities. If you see them round school please say hello and make them feel welcome. We look forward to the impact we are sure they will have at Chivenor.
