Our Founders Day celebrations this year led to a very busy day! Our Griffins gave back to the local community by litter picking in the local area; we collected food for the food bank and children went to Phoenix Court where they entertained the residents with their fantastic singing. Our Founders Day assembly, which was led by our Pupil Parliament, focused on the success of the previous year as well as what we are planning in the near future and we also introduced our new school houses which are based on local history.
Throughout the day, we held a Griffin Family breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea for parents and carers of children in years 2,3 and 5 and were delighted to welcome over a hundred parents to eat with their children and learn a little more about the history of the Griffin Schools Trust.
