To celebrate World Book Day, we welcomed author Natalie Murray to hold an assembly and share one of her stories. Natalie’s books are designed to promote self esteem, confidence, as well as acceptance of ourselves and each other.Ā Her message was to celebrate difference and diversity laying a foundation for equality, regardless of ethnicity, background or personality.
Our Griffins also celebrated by dressing up as their favourite book characters and completing a variety of classroom activities based on a range of books, including watching livestreams by several famous authors.
